Microsoft has just announced their new phone, the Windows Phone. It’s obviously Microsoft’s response to Apple‘s iPhone. Pretty much it is a touch-screen phone using the newest version of Windows Mobile, which is based off of Windows 7.
It can call, text, view and take photos, check e-mail, play music and video, play games via Xbox Live, browse the internet, and make social networking simple.
As far as we know, there won’t be any third-party apps for it like the iPhone does.
Personally, I can’t wait for this to come out and what people will say.
It may suck or be totally awesome and makes people drop their iPhones and Blackberry’s for it. We can’t say until it comes out.
